1. Moisturize and have a consistent routine (by doing so your skin adapts and replenishes)

2. TAKE OFF YOUR MAKEUP (i cant stress enough how important this is)

3. Try Face masks and scrubs (both can help exfoliate and rejuvenate skin)

4. Less is more (less makeup/ vegan makeup can lessen open pores, acne)

5, Drink water ( your body needs to be hydrated and your skin as well)
